Phisit Standard Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established in 1973 by Mr. Songkiat Phisitkul who was the founder of the company to correspond with the blooming textile chemicals business in Thailand. The company created a joint venture with a Taiwanese investor and imported textile chemicals for the Thai market. Our business rapidly grew and expanded the product line to include textile dyestuffs and related products.

Phisit Co., Ltd. started trading leather tanning chemicals.

1977
Grouptech Co., Ltd. followed later to supply high-quality textile machinery and laboratory equipment to textile factories in Thailand.

1978
In order to strengthen the business and reduce import costs, we began manufacturing textile chemicals, and Eurosia Chemicals Co., Ltd. was established in Samutprakarn province.

1991
In order to support increased production and business growth, we invested in a new plant under the name of Phisit Intergroup Co., Ltd. to produce textile dyestuffs. The company obtained B.O.I. privileges and successfully supplied high-quality products to both national and international markets.

The company began to launch pigment printing products at our Prachinburi plant to serve the high demand of our local and international customers.

As an international standard organization, Phisit Intergroup Co., Ltd. efficiently improved their quality system and was certified under the ISO 9002:1994 quality system model. The certification was updated to the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard model in 2009.

Phisit Intergroup Co., Ltd. has been awarded the “Thailand Brand Award” (later changed to “Thailand Trust Mark” in 2013) from the Ministry of Commerce, an honor to our company for guarantee the best quality products.

A new warehouse was opened in Nakorn Prathom province to better serve all valued customers in the textile dyeing house area.

In the same year, with cooperation from our Chinese and Indonesian shareholders, TFF Surface Engineering Co., Ltd. was established to produce and supply electroplating chemicals products to meet the local demand.

Diversification and expansion of our business line to fit our knowledge and experience was a wise choice. Phisitchai Real Estate Co., Ltd. was founded as the real estate developer company to develop residential projects in Chiangrai.

As a sole agent of Columbia Chemical Corporation, the leading zinc plating chemical producer in the U.S.A., the joint venture company, Coattech Co., Ltd. was established.

Our business growth has continued to grow and thrived and we have aggressively expanded our pigments and dyestuffs market worldwide. Our affordable, high-quality products gain the confidence of our international customers all over the world.

In order to respond to the high demand of domestic and international clients, the company expanded our annual production capacity to 4,000 tons.

Phisit Intergroup Co., Ltd. has been awarded the “Thailand Trust Mark” from the Ministry of Commerce, Thailand.

The Phisit Group head office has been moved to the new facility with a total floor area of 4,000 square metres.

Phisit Intergroup Co., Ltd. has been achieved the Thai National Standard of Dyestuffs accreditation from the Thai Industrial Standard Institute (TISI) for our reactive, basic, direct, vat, and acid dyestuffs.

Dyestuffs production and dormitory area at the Prachinburi factory was expanded to a total area of 4,000 square metres to support our increased sales productivity.

Phisit Group attended `33RD DYE+CHEM BANGLADESH 2018 INTERNATIONAL EXPO’ exhibition to expand the market of Pigments, Dyes, and Chemicals to Bangladesh where is one of the big and highly growing markets of the world. It was very successful fair and the company could appoint additional dealers in Bangladesh. Customers showed their interest to our Euromin EXF series which is fluorescent pigment suitable for both dyeing and printing application.
